A Look Inside
Simple classics, modern preparation and rustic ambience. These elements are enhanced by explosive flavors yet balanced by small town hospitality that is uniquely Buffalo. Here at 4th on Main seasonal menus are persistent in showcasing bold regional flavors.
A Look Inside
Complimenting the Bighorn Mountains is the ambience you will find inside 4th on Main. From our bountiful mountains you will find trophy sized wild game mounted to fully exposed pine logs throughout the restaurant. Creating the warmth of a woodland cabin.
A simple glance at the menu and you will find an array of gourmet comfort food. Some dishes you may relate to from your childhood others you might try because you feel adventurous. The agenda with these dishes is staying true to flavor composition. Sweet yet salty notes are found to be touched by a hint of bitterness ending with a slight bit of heat. These are incorporated for a harmonic balance. Classic techniques lead the way, but not to be forgotten the modern approach of plating where you will find these dishes presented to you in a fashion of elegance and simplicity.

Favorite thing to eat when mama was cooking. Crimini mushroom risotto sits underneath a caramelized airline chicken breast. Garnished with fine herbs and toasted almonds.
It's A Gouda Burger
Half pound Certified Angus burger topped with candied bacon, whiskey peach BBQ pulled pork with melted smoked gouda cheese. Served on a potato roll with house made pickles
The same bread pudding my grandma would make. Packed with candied walnuts, caramel made in house and to finish it off is old fashion vanilla ice cream
The most popular of our lunch sandwiches starts with a prime rib that’s been packed with butter and herbs and slow roasted. Sliced paper thin, topped with our house made whiskey maple bacon jam and smoked gouda cheese.
This nice and delicate pasta isn’t as rich as it looks, the fresh lemon and the saffron break up the deepness of a traditional alfredo. The poached shrimp bring a nice spice that is complimented by the gremolata
