Wyoming roots and a big city palate is what Chef Chase of 4th on Main intends to bring back home. Utilizing seasonal harvests for an array of ever-changing menus. The Wyoming native and Top of his Class graduate from the San Diego Culinary Institute believes food is serious business, “It’s about quality of ingredients, it’s about technique and it’s all about the love of food” Chase says. Combining these three elements and you are sure to create something magical.
